What should I expect?
There is no need to undress. You will sit on a chair while the therapist works on your upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face and ears. You may wish to bring a brush or comb with you so you can brush your hair afterwards. The session takes about 30 minutes. Afterwards you will have a short rest and drink some water
