All our therapists offer classes, seminars and practitioner training programs. Some offerings are held weekly, while others are offered as day, evening or weekend events only. All events are held at the Centre, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to our Events Calendar for our latest class schedule.

Health Seminars - because of her nursing, counseling, teaching and holistic background, Pat enjoys holding classes on many aspects of health conditions and issues, specific therapies available and psycho-spiritual dimensions involved. Offered to the general public or specifically tailored to those in health professions. Many topics are offered!
PNEI phenomenon - Pat's special passion is explaining the mind-body connection through discussion of psycho-neuro-endo-immunology.
Continuing Education Seminars for Aromatherapists - offering CE to Registered Aromatherapists for enhancement of knowledge and skills. A wide-range of topics in her repertoire!
Basic Human Anatomy, Physiology and Common Pathologies - -offered by Correspondence - for those requiring a firm basic understanding of human A&P in order to pursue further studies in holistic disciplines or for those wanting more in-depth information of how the body works, this course is for you. It has been adapted to a home-study format, so the learner can set his/her own pace. Upon successful completion of all assignments, the student is able to sit the 3 hour Final Examination. Therapeutic Touch (Krieger/Kunz Method) Level One – Basic
(12 hours in class) -Therapeutic Touch (TT) is a gentle, holistic practice that balances the energy field of the body to facilitate the healing process. Level One introduces the concepts, assumptions, principles and techniques of TT, and overviews the history, Code of Ethics and research. This practice-oriented workshop will focus on centering, grounding, intention and performing basic TT while appreciating the normal energy field.
Therapeutic Touch (Krieger/Kunz Method) Level Two – Basic
(12 hours in class) -This practice-oriented workshop builds on TT Level One, with emphasis on clearing, directing and modulating energy, rebalancing the energy field, modifying TT when required, documenting and establishing a program of self-care and self-exploration.
Therapeutic Touch (Krieger/Kunz Method) Level Three - Intermediate (hours yet to be determined) - A practice-oriented workshop building upon TT Levels One and Two; integrating all phases of TT and integrating the relationship between the chakras (energy vortexes) to the human energy field. Emphasis is on exploring the intuitive process and dealing with more complex physical and emotional conditions.
