Therapeutic Touch Practice Group

South Delta Therapeutic Touch Network meets the second Wednesday of the month at the Centre. Open to all levels of therapeutic touch practitioners and anyone interested in an introduction to this healing modality.

Understanding The Mind-Body Connection

There is strong evidence showing a direct correlation between our thoughts and feelings and how our body responds. The old adage, "mind over matter" holds merit! Join Pat as she helps explain this process, using both her nursing and holistic therapist approaches.

Meditation Evenings

Due to increasing demand, we are starting a monthly Meditation Evening open to everyone, no matter what level of meditative skill or experience. The only requirement is a wish to be connected in a sacred space with others and with the Divine. Meditation events will be held on the 3rd Tuesday in March, April, May and June.
