It seems that everywhere you turn, someone is stirring up the fear pot about this newest flu strain. It is important to take reasonable precautions and be aware of what's around you. But this fear mongering is doing no one any good. It is making many people feel helpless and victimized. To help ease your worries and offer some hope, here is a partial list of things to help keep your immune system strong, air quality great and your fears in check.
1. Essential Oils have been used for centuries to help keep the air we breathe purified, our bodies free from infections and our spirits positive. There's a reason plants produce these tiny miracles, and that's because they work! Try using essential oils in diffusers, on Kleenex, in and on your clothes and bed linens, in personal sprays, in room sprays, in your hand washing soap, in your body and hair washing soaps, in your body lotions, in your car and in your baths. I've put together some of Mother Nature's heaviest hitters in a special essential oil synergy that will help during these trying times oregano, thyme, tea-tree, ravintsara, clove, and many others. It's like having Rambo in a Bottle!
2. L'Aroma Vaporization Sessions here we have the benefits of heat, rest and essential oils all in one treatment. Use it to keep your immunity strong, your stress levels low and your sense of aromatic indulgence high. Done once or twice weekly over a few weeks will surely help to keep the bugs at bay.
